Colette, in our opinion, is the crown jewel of Lifestyle clubs in the U.S. With five locations, four in Texas and one in New Orleans, Colette sets the bar for Lifestyle Clubs.
Colette is owned by John and Jackie, longtime ambassadors of the Lifestyle scene. We’ll admit we’re a little biased (they’re friends of ours), but trust us, they know exactly how to run a world-class Lifestyle club. What to expect
Wednesday and Thursday nights are a little slower, which can actually work in your favor if you’re craving a more intimate vibe. We especially love Wednesdays at Colette—it’s the perfect setting to meet new couples and make a flirty first impression without the weekend chaos. Plus, Colette often sweetens the deal with a special: if you go on a Wednesday, you can score free entry on the following Saturday night. Now that’s what we call a win–win.
Friday and Saturday nights are when Colette really comes alive—it’s a full-on party. By 11 p.m., the club is packed, the dance floor is jumping, and the vibe is electric. Make sure to check out the nightly theme before you go, and if you’re feeling it, dress up and make an entrance (No pressure if you skip the theme—about half the crowd does. Still, the ladies usually love to play along, and a hot themed outfit is one of the best icebreakers you’ll ever find.)
As for the crowd: the sweet spot tends to be 35–45, but you’ll find everything from adventurous 20-somethings to seasoned couples who know exactly what they like. Attractiveness is always subjective, of course—but trust us, we’ve never left without spotting more than a few couples we’d love to get to know better.
Vibe- The DJ spins a mix of current hits and old-school beats—though music taste is always up for debate (you can’t please everyone). Beyond the dance floor, Colette offers playrooms for both the bold exhibitionists and those who prefer something more private.
All in all, Colette is more of a social club than a straight-up sex club. Most guests come to mingle, dance, and connect, but if the mood strikes, the playrooms are available, clean, and well-kept.

Our Review
We absolutely love Trapeze. Having indulged in both locations multiple times, we can confidently say the experience never disappoints. Our visits have been on Friday and Saturday nights, so while we can’t speak for the rest of the week, the weekends deliver a deliciously vibrant crowd every time.
Both clubs attract a sexy and diverse mix—mostly couples in the 35–45 range, but you will also find couples in their 20s along with those in their 50s and 60s. From opening until around midnight, the vibe is flirtatious and electric—perfect for mingling, sipping drinks, and losing yourself on the dance floor.
After midnight, the mood shifts… and playtime begins.
The playrooms, tucked discreetly in the back, offer both private escapes and exhibitionist thrills. One rule sets the tone: all clothing must be removed before entering. Towels are provided to provided if you want to save a little for the imagination, along with lockers to stash everything else—because what happens back there deserves your full attention.
We didn’t indulge in the food ourselves, but everyone we spoke to had only good things to say. Overall, Trapeze is an experience we highly recommend. If you go, don’t be shy—share your adventure on the “Share Your Adventure” page and let others feel the temptation too.

Just north of Tampa in Land O’Lakes, Florida, Caliente Resort is one of the largest—and most well-known—nudist communities in the United States. This expansive 128-acre private playground caters effortlessly to both nudist and lifestyle guests, blending freedom, luxury, and temptation. Accommodations range from hotel rooms, private casitas (think small mobile homes) , condos, townhomes, and private houses. You can check with the hotel for availability. One of the most well-known resorts in the country, Caliente offers a gorgeous pool scene, delicious dining options, a lively piano bar, and a sultry nightclub that keeps the nights interesting.
Here’s our take.
The Accommodations…
The hotel rooms are clean, comfortable, and conveniently close to the action—perfect if you plan on using your room mainly for sleep… or other deliciously naughty interludes. Think more Hampton Inn than Ritz-Carlton, but functional and easy. If you’re craving something roomier or more upscale, ask about available apartments or see if a privately owned townhome is up for rent. They’re far nicer, though a bit farther from the heart of the resort. We wouldn’t recommend the casitas—they tend to be older, dated, and limited by small water tanks. Just our honest opinion.
The Pool…
When the weather is right, the pool is where everything comes alive. In the warmer months, the main pool becomes the undeniable focal point—spacious yet intimate, anchored by a dramatic waterfall that draws everyone in. Climb a few steps and you’ll discover a perfectly placed hot tub, ideal for lingering conversations and effortless mingling.
A lively bar sits nearby, with friendly waitresses ready to bring your favorite drink—or a tempting bite—right to your chair. Plush loungers invite you to stretch out, soak up the sun, and let the hours slip by, while live bands or upbeat music keep the vibe playful and fun.
During the cooler months, the heated smaller pool takes center stage, offering a cozier, more intimate setting that makes striking up new connections feel natural and irresistible.
The resort doesn’t allow outside food or drinks, but you are welcome to bring your own mug—perfect for filling with complimentary ice and water.
The Restaurants…
The dining options here are surprisingly good. Tucked toward the back is a lively sports bar serving up everything you’d expect from bar food, while the lobby area offers a more upscale dining experience when you’re in the mood for something a little more refined. There’s also a piano bar—an inviting spot where cocktails flow, music sets the mood, and doing a little flirting comes easy.
The Club…
On Friday and Saturday nights, the nightclub becomes the place to be. Sip a drink, meet a few irresistible couples, and lose yourself on the dance floor. The space is anchored by a large dance floor, and the music is usually right on point, keeping the energy high well into the night. Seating is limited, so if you want a place to relax between songs—or you’re craving a more intimate spot to connect—call ahead to see if you can reserve a table.
After Party…
Once you’ve had your fill of dancing, the night doesn’t have to end. Drift over to the hot tub, which stays open late and sets the stage for slower conversations and closer connections. It’s the perfect place to get to know that sexy couple from the dance floor just a little better.
Final Thoughts…
We absolutely love Caliente, but timing is everything. Be sure to check the event calendar, Facebook, or lifestyle sites like SDC, Kasidie, Quiver, or SLS before planning your trip. The best experiences happen when a promoter or well-known lifestyle couple is hosting a party—those weekends are electric. Other times can be a bit hit-or-miss, so plan wisely to make the most of your visit..

Welcome to Sea Mountain Resort, Palm Springs’ sexiest little secret – where the sun is hot, the pool is hotter, and if you’re wearing clothes, you’re doing it wrong. Nestled in Desert Hot Springs just outside of Palm Springs proper, this couples-only (plus unicorns!) lifestyle resort is part nudist retreat, part open-air fantasy land, and part adult playground. It’s not your average swinger club – here, the vibe is relaxed, body-positive, and fully nude… all day long. So whether you’re there to sunbathe, soak, flirt, or full-on f*ck under the stars, Sea Mountain is where modesty melts and confidence comes out to play.
At SMI, nudity isn’t a suggestion – it’s the dress code. And while stripping down might feel wild at first, give it 10 minutes and it all clicks. Naked bodies? Normal. Public sex? Also somehow… totally normal. What felt intimidating turns effortless fast, especially with a little help from the resort’s very 420‑friendly vibe. Those body insecurities? They don’t stand a chance.
👀 First Impressions – Checking into Sea Mountain Resort (SMI) is part hotel, part secret society. There’s no walk-in traffic allowed, and when you ring the bell, you’re greeted by one of the resort’s famously topless SIRENS (the all-female staff). After a quick reservation check and waiver signing, the clothes come off and the energy shifts. Like, immediately. This is a fully nude resort – not “optional,” not “suggested” but REQUIRED. It’s full birthday-suit mode from the moment you step in. That can be intimidating for newbies or anyone with body insecurities, but most say it only takes about 10 minutes before the nerves disappear and nudity becomes the norm.
Expect to meet people of all shapes, sizes, and shades. The crowd skews 40s and 50s, with the occasional 20- or 30-something unicorn couple. SMI is open daily, but Friday and Saturday are the big hitters. Sundays are mellower, often down to 10-15 couples max. Weekdays typically see 5–25 couples, but on weekends? Desert Hot Springs goes off. During the warmer months, it’s not unusual to see up to 120 couples packed in, wall-to-wall sexy energy in the pool by day and the hot tub by night.
🛏️ Inside Tour (Hotel) – The resort is small but purpose-built. Imagine the footprint of two suburban backyards with 15 guest rooms wrapping around it in a U-shape. At the center:
a modest pool with a deep end (but people tend to crowd in the shallow side),
a hot tub big enough for 12-15 sexy humans,
and a little indoor “disco” area with a round bed, dance floor, and mirrors.
The rest of the space includes shaded lounge seating for up to 100 couples, thick new cushions, umbrellas, two outdoor showers, and a garden area to chill or tan your unmentionables. A massage room turns into a playroom after dark, and some of the guest rooms double as open or semi-private play spaces if they aren’t booked.
💦 Inside Tour (Pool) – The pool is where everyone gathers by day. It’s nude-required, like the rest of the venue, and very much the heart of the resort. You’ll see:

By night, the action moves to the hot tub and playbeds, especially on busy Saturdays. There might be half a dozen couples going at it in a row of lounge chairs. Or you might see a full-on spit roast session next to the jacuzzi. If you’re hoping to observe or participate in public play, nighttime is prime time.
🛎️ Accommodations (On & Off-site) –
Staying on-site means you can party past 2am and stumble into bed (or a playroom). Rooms are clean and comfy but not luxurious. Think functional, not fancy. Sea Mountain isn’t some massive, impersonal mega-resort. Nope, this is a boutique-style, bare-it-all retreat with just 15 ROOMS and room for up to 100 more couples or single ladies to swing by for the day or night.
Most day-passers show up early, leave to grab dinner or decompress, then return for the late-night play scene. Saturdays are by far the best, especially if you arrive early to grab prime seating by the pool. Fridays are a close second.
🍽️ Dining/Bar – There are saunas, fire pits, complimentary meals on weekends, and a 420-friendly attitude. Most guests bring their own booze (BYOB), but complimentary shots may be poured directly into interesting body parts if Dewey, the resort’s infamous owner, is around. Meals are simple but appreciated – casual finger-food style lunch and dinner on Saturdays, usually chicken, hot dogs, crackers, and free soft drinks or mixers. You can also order delivery through the front office from a few local restaurants. There is no restaurant on-site.
🍒 Playrooms – SMI has two main play areas:
The middle playroom — on display, open to all, voyeur central
The side playroom — more private, with gauzy curtains and fewer passersby
The side playroom with the gauzy curtains tends to attract the spicier, more experimental guests (think light BDSM, pegging, etc), while the rest of the resort keeps things more sensual than hardcore. There are also several outdoor beds and lounge areas that see plenty of action when the mood strikes. Guests love that you can play basically anywhere. A quiet back corner? A row of sunbeds? We’ve been to Playhouse LV several times, and every visit has been unforgettable. The club may be small in size, but it’s beautifully laid out and impeccably clean. The nights we have gone there have been 20-30 couples. The crowd is consistently sexy, with an enticing mix of younger and mid-aged couples that keeps the energy just right. If you have the chance to attend when Corey & Mandy are hosting, don’t hesitate—they’re incredibly sexy and know exactly how to set the mood for an unforgettable night.
